About Us

Our firm was founded by IT professionals who themselves struggled to find work.  They observed that staffing agencies and recruiters collaborate for the benefit of themselves while ignoring interests of employees. As a result, job seekers have developed the impression that staffing companies do not take their issues seriously. Moreover, recruiters were likewise only interested in our application when there was an urgent recruiting need. Otherwise, they did not respond to voicemails or offer any updates.

Given the multiple challenges our founders faced, they sought to start their own staffing agency with the primary purpose of treating both job searchers and recruiters as equals. To develop a business model in which recruiters are also significant clients. Where employees are rewarded not just for achieving targets, but also for their commitment to their work and regard for their managers. And likewise the staff is regarded as the most valued asset.

The day eventually came when our founders’ aspirations became a reality. Novelty Tech solutions was established with the goal of substantially revolutionising the nexus between customers and recruiters.
